Passcode to Parenting is pleased to welcome Adrian Holloway, Parent & Co-Parent Coach, Mediator, and Supervised Visitation Monitor, to the team. Adrian brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal understanding to his work with families navigating complex dynamics and high-stress transitions.

Professional Background and Experience

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and is certified as a Parent & Co-Parent Coach, Mediator, and Supervised Visitation Monitor.

For the past nine years, Adrian served as a Probation Officer at Chardon Municipal Court, supporting individuals and families involved in the legal system. In this role, he frequently worked with families experiencing conflict, provided guidance around accountability and communication, and collaborated closely with courts, service providers, and community resources.

Many of these families also received services through Passcode to Parenting, which led to years of collaboration with the team and ultimately Adrian’s transition into his current role.

A Strengths-Based, Practical Approach

Adrian’s career in the justice system provided him with deep insight into how family dynamics, parenting stress, conflict, and life circumstances intersect with behavior, accountability, and long-term outcomes.

As a mediator and coach, he brings a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach to his work, helping families communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts constructively, and develop practical strategies that support positive, lasting change.

Personal Commitment to Families

In addition to his professional background, Adrian draws from his lived experiences. He is the parent of two toddlers and has witnessed firsthand a variety of parenting journeys, including supporting a sibling who is a single parent and another navigating divorce while raising twins.

These experiences have strengthened Adrian’s ability to empathize with families in conflict and reinforce his commitment to helping caregivers feel supported, understood, and empowered. His passion for working with families has been a consistent driving force throughout his career.
